Senior Full-Stack Developer
Build and extend the SOCIA products using React, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL. Contribute to architecture decisions and review the work of the wider team.
Requirements:
- •5+ years of full-stack development experience
- •Strong React, TypeScript and Node.js skills
- •Experience with AWS or Azure
- •Comfortable designing relational schemas
- •Clear written communication — we work in writing
AI/ML Engineer
Work on OmniAgent and SOCIA Data: retrieval over business documents, forecasting and anomaly detection, and the pipelines that feed them.
Requirements:
- •3+ years of ML engineering experience
- •Strong Python skills
- •Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- •Familiarity with LLM application patterns (RAG, agents)
- •A portfolio or repository we can look at
DevOps Engineer
Own the delivery pipeline and runtime for our products: CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, monitoring and incident response.
Requirements:
- •4+ years of DevOps or SRE experience
- •Docker and Kubernetes in production
- •Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- •Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)
- •Infrastructure as code (Terraform or Pulumi)
Product Designer
Design the interfaces our customers use every day — billing counters, ward workflows, classrooms and warehouses. The work is operational, not decorative.
Requirements:
- •3+ years of product or UX design experience
- •Fluent in Figma and design tokens
- •A portfolio showing complex, data-dense interfaces
- •Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA
- •Experience with user research and testing
